The hatha yoga that I teach will relax your mind and body by balancing breathing techniques, asanas, and relaxation. Women often have weak inner muscles, and it is said that it is especially difficult for multiparous women to strengthen their core through regular exercise.

Yoga breathing techniques can strengthen the core of postpartum mothers and older women using bandhas, a unique yoga method. Of course, it is a very effective exercise not only for women but also for men.
